Thai Zone from Mont-Tremblant Menu

What User doesn't like about Thai Zone:
Ordered food on a Thursday night. Delivery took 1 1/2 hours. Only an apology was offered. Ordered General Tao Chicken-good, Green Curry and Imperial Rolls-ok, Pad Thai and Panang severely lacking in flavour. They do include some fish sauce for you to add, but it was not of the best quality. "Lovely, cozy Italian restaurant in Mont-Tremblant Village. Although the vegan options are not labelled on the menu, our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out which dishes were vegan. For appetizers, we got the mixed salad, mushroom crostini, and the chickpea gnocchi (which was quite unique, and definitely the highlight of the meal! . The spaghetti alla Nerano (a sauce made with pureed zucchini, garlic, pine nuts, and peas was decent as well. Other vegan main dishes would be penne alla Arrabiata, spaghetti pomodoro, and spaghetti with olive oil and mushrooms. Portion sizes are filling but not excessively large like at some Italian restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Cozy, warm vibe. This restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of vegan food in Mont-Tremblant. I loved that I had many tasty options to choose from. Some constructive feedback: it would be nice to have some vegan protein sources as well, such as tofu, tempeh, beans, mock meats!"

"The waiter was very nice and tried his best to make our stay enjoyable. However there were quite a lot of things that didn‘t match up. We asked for a vegetarian menu (or at least a single dish in advance because we couldn‘t look at the menu before. When we got there they hadn‘t even started thinking about what to offer us and then quickly came up with a good but not very creative dish (noodles with mushrooms . Even worse was how they handled the non-vegetarian order. I wanted a Filet Mignon which they hadn‘t available that night. Instead they offered me a Black Angus Filet which I ordered. The „Filet“ had a huge tendon (so not really a Filet imo that was impossible to chew or cut. I told the waiter who took my complaint to the chef who just replied that „he liked it that way“not really how I expect a professional to react to criticism. The worst part though was that they charged the full (Filet Mignon! price. The piece of meat was worse even if I don‘t take the tendon into account and it wasn‘t prepared properly. You might be more lucky than us and some of the ingredients wete actually made very well but the customer service (excpetion the waiter who tried his best was absolutly aweful. Wouldn‘t go here again."
