We were in Mont-Tremblant for a tournament this weekend and visited this Tim Hortons 3 times. Twice for breakfast and once for lunch. Frustrating that this location cannot hire the right amount of staff. Since they can't get enough people working behind the counter, the lineups become ridiculous. Super busy location with all kinds of trades guys and tourists flooding in every morning. Tried three times on a Thursday morning, 7am, 8am, and my last try was at 9am. "Wanted to try something in town rather than at the resort. Food was good, but I seriously under-ordered, and after waiting almost 45 minutes for our food, we were not willing to order more. When we got there at 6 pm, there was one table without food. They placed their order right before us. Several people came in after us to pick up to go orders. We waited more than 20 minutes to get an order of edamame and a bowl of miso soup. We then watched the table that ordered just before us and all the to go orders get their food. Then we watched a table that came in after we had already gotten our soup get their food. By this point one of the other customers was complaining about how slow it was. We finally got the rest of ours about 45 minutes after we ordered. Just sushi and spring rolls, nothing cooked. What we had was good, but the rolls were small, and the petite bouchée were the size of a dime, both in height and diameter. The spring rolls were good, and a good size. I would have ordered more once I saw how little food we had, but by that time there was a line and we just wanted to leave, go back to the hotel and cook some ramen in the microwave."

"My Husband and I were in Tremblant for a few days. We always pick a few special restaurants to dine at. Seb L'Artisan Culinaire did NOT disappoint. The ambiance is intimate and quaint. The wine list is superb and the food was fantastic. Lydia, was extremely accommodating and we enjoyed learning about the chef Sebastian. So happy we had the chance to experience dining here and we look forward to returning next time we are here."

"My friends and I enjoyed the food we had at this restaurant but I thought it was quite pricey. I think for the experience of cooking with a hot rock, it was pretty cool but it was out of all of our budgets so we refrained from ordering that. Again, very very cool. Our table ordered, the osso bucco, half magret, salmon, onion soup, a rack of lamb dish, tiramisu, and tomato soup. The duck was very good as I got it cooked medium. The osso bucco was very good as well. The pasta was al dente and the meat was soft and easy to eat. The salmon came with a sauce that was very delicious. Lastly, the rack of lamb did not have the game taste and was seasoned very well. There was a fruit on the tiramisu that was new to all of us and we discovered that it was call a physalis. It was VERY good and now I wonder where I can get a caseload of those."
