I have never had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant, but I would nonetheless give it five stars sight unseen. I say this without hesitation because I have worked side by side with my former Ritz-Carlton colleagues, Gagan and Daniella. They both embodied the very best of the Ritz-Carlton culture.
