"Great food and service! Hard to find good BBQ in New England, and these guys hit it. The pulled pork and chicken thighs were both excellent, and the sides great too. They gracefully handled a crowd of about 25 folks, with lots of outdoor seating. They are short-staffed (isn't everyone these days? so service was a little slow, but they were apologetic and did their best."

"A gem in the Turners restaurant scene! The menu is spare, yet the options are all equal parts fresh, tasty and satisfying. On our most recent visit, my partner had the salmon sesame C, and I had the Amalthea's Dinner with tofu. We may have moaned a couple of times. The combination of flavors and textures was like an art form. Wine list will dazzle you. Dessert is a must--we had the dark chocolate pecan brownie with a dollop of something fabulous on top. Our server Amy and owner Bridget were really friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back!"

"The tofu sandwich and edible noodles use both a pre made (in restaurant) erdnusssauce that has honey, but for years I and friends said that these products are vegan. a few days ago I asked what items are vegan again to double check, and found out about the honey in these articles. that means that there is only a vegan escape, the warm brown reissalat. it's delicious, but not super. I am frustrated that this is often referred to as a great vegan friendly option in the opposite, if it is not and that vegan people mislead even if unintentional! in the past, they had made some vegan baked items (in the rule cupcakes) from another caffe, but they don’t seem to do anymore / for now. with the smallest tweaks this could be a great vegan friendly place!"
