Found this gem upon a recommendation from a friend who lives in London! The Waterway is a cozy spot filled with dark wood and lots of candle light.

Good food, friendly staff, nice interior design, the location near the canal is great, the clients seem like cool people you'd want to be friends with.

"Really nice food, both the steaks and the pasta were really nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful they even made some pasta with tomato sauce that wasn't in the menu for our kid. Also good prices for the location, right in the center."

"Recommended by a friend, eaten on the veranda for two consecutive days. . .experiences both very positive, especially the second with coast of 900gr with 180 days of froliding and sweet to ricotta, honey and crumbled of sublime cantucci! does not take the phone, so you can focus on the proposed sublime dishes"

"We had an incredible family meal at Boccon Divino. They served us a tasting menu that was fantastic from start to finish. The service was top notch and the sisters who run the restaurant are charming. The view is lovely. Would recommend highly to anyone."

"Would have liked to have eaten here if the man in the inner (who had clearly seen us) had opened the door if only to explain what was going on. sad."

La Taverna Di Casciano from Casciano serves delicious, well digestible Mediterranean cuisine with its characteristic menus, and you can expect typical Italian cuisine with classics like pizza and pasta. You can still relax at the bar after the meal (or during it) and enjoy a alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, The customers of the establishment are also thrilled with the comprehensive selection of various coffee and tea specialities that the establishment offers.

"Climbing the last kilometres up to one of Italian’s prototype Renaissance towns, the road is flanked by agriturismo ventures. This is the one to seek out. It’s relatively easy to spot from the main road and there’s plenty of parking. Antonio is front of house, Erika behind and when we were there, we saw nobody else (although we were puzzled if that were even possible when such good food was being served to about 3 dozen having big lunches) Interior dining space is a series of cranks and perches so you and our party ended up in a little booth like area where we naturally feel uninhibited. Add the fact that Antonio is like your favourite uncle cheering your choices and it quickly goes from restaurant meal to lunch party at your friends’. Great hearty food lots of relatively simple dishes like griddled cheese ‘fonduta’ with a range of toppings like chestnut honey, lardo, truffle which caused howls of excitement and lip smacking among our party. Then superb local fare like wild boar ragu on bici. Top hit was a tomato salad that surely came from the gardens with tomatoes that weren’t ‘ripe’ red but had huge depth of flavour underlined by lovely oil. We thought they were Heritage but couldn’t translate. Meal ends with Antonio slapping an armful of Vin Santo and digestivi on your table along with cantucci asking which coffee you want to dip them in. Days later, back in London, we were wondering how long it would be before we ate that well for that little…"
