"So where to start... first, when you think of the Arcege, you think Alain Passard... The name is ambitious. Besides, maybe the one at night is the identity of the restaurant. Anyway, it's a form. The background: absolutely delicious! This restaurant, in my sense, has a whole star. First, the service was exceptional. I went there two nights in a row and I was rarely as well received. Thank you. So the dishes, without exception, were all incredibly good. To have lived in Asia a few years, the harmony brought by the leader with its Eastern/Western agreements is unique in its genre. This is really a very nice discovery (even if many have tried the same exercise without the same mastery. A special mention for the lotte and the palomb. Pears dessert also had to fall. The meat juice with the palave and Porc's foot juice were delicious. The kitchen was perfect! The tastes brought by smoky, iodine, textures, muds combine and mix almost perfect. Prices are more than reasonable (in the evening: 50€ between dignified dessert 2 amused mouths 60€ for the menu at 50€ and two dishes. Glass with possible wine (6 8€ . In short, a very pleasant experience that I recommend to everyone."

"Nous sommes très contents de notre nuit passé dans cette auberge. Le cadre est joli, pas loin des Pyrénées et le lieu est calme malgré la route à côté. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, très sympathiques. La chambre était très propre, le lit confortable et le plus, la bouilloire avec des tisanes mises à disposition.Nous avons diné sur place, la salle est cosy avec une cheminée et le repas était très bien, entrée: foie gras, plat: confit de canard et le dessert: crème caramel. Le matin le petit déjeuner est complet rien à redire."
