Ordered via Uber Eats this lunchtime, a beef teriyaki. Overall passable preparation with the notable exception of the meat, obviously recovered from unsaleable waste from the butcher or restaurant: cooked to the maximum, half of the pieces are mostly bits of fat or bits of rubbery/cartilaginous material which crack under the tooth.
