A hearty Opéra menu for a very reasonable price, a dried but chichi-free presentation where the product is just sublimated without being drowned in a too complex design. The combinations of flavours are judicious and delicate and quality products. Anyway, a table tested with family, with friends and in love. Especially if we like to guess."

"Nous étions 2 randonneurs sur les monts du Forez qui avions réservé ce gîte d'étape.Mais quelle agréable surprise !La gentillesse de l'accueil, une chambre parfaite et surtout la qualité de la demi-pension. Du jamais vu, car nous avions exactement les mêmes prestations que les clients du restaurant : un repas gastronomique exceptionnel au prix dérisoire de la demi-pension. Le matin un petit-déjeuner de roi avec des produits frais, notamment un petit cake à la pistache qui venait de sortir du four. Un grand merci pour cette expérience !"
