Owner was very accommodating. Hot water, WiFi, and parking included. No AC, however, there's a nice breeze and ceiling fans right over the bed, which I had no issue with. Small fridge is included. The windows have coverings that prevent mosquitoes and bugs from entering the room. Very comfortable sleep.
