the luca hotel is an oasis. I had a terrible experience at the airport, and nelsa in luca heard about it. she ensured that my greeting in the hotel exceeded all expectations, and that she did. What User doesn't like about Luca:
The ambiance is amazing and the rooftop bar is really cool with its view. Food is good too! Beds are nice. However, like lots of old places, the plumbing isn’t the best. The bathroom looked nice but the shower didn’t drain well and the floor got very wet and smelled funny. Great location for touring the colonial zone. View all feedback.
