Had lunch in this traditional Restaurant in the Marches 'hills. The pasta was superb, from the Maccheroncini al ragù to the pasta al farro with artichokes, tomatoes and local bacon. Their supplì with peas was a suprise: hand made Supplì not fried but in umido steamed) with pork meat and scamorza cheese inside, surrounded with fresh peas. I sat here for lunch. seems like a cute rustic place, but eating was disappointing. we have not been offered a menu, give only options for several dishes. we chose the tagliatelle with fish. dish was not as expected. instead of fishing it was a mixture of seafood that was de-shelled (mussel, squid, garnel). noodles were a mix of tagliatelle with captivating and the middle of the plate were cold. Condivido i giudizi di coloro che ci hanno preceduto. Io e mia moglie eravamo molto bene: servizio molto veloce, accompagnato da simpatia e cordialità. Piatti della regione pugliese da provare assolutamente: tornando a casa sembrava che non fossimo stati veramente a pochi chilometri di distanza, provenienti da noi per andare, ma per avere vissuto un'esperienza culinaria più lontano da dove eravamo realmente. I prezzi sono molto adatti per l'abbondanza dei corsi e la loro preparazione. nuovo, originale e... per assaggiare senza dubbio alcuno.
Ristorantino nel cuore di Monte San giusto, si mangia bene e sono molto gentili.Abbiamo fatto cena con antipasto secondo e un primo, tutto veramente eccellente. La cucina è pugliese
Inaspettati, inaspettabili, eccezionalmente positivamente indefinibili!! Un cartoccio marchigiano Straordinario, dei tonnarelli fave, guanciale e pecorino da urlo e dei bucatini all’Amatriciana che ci hanno fatto saltare sulla sedia!!! Uà!! Finalmente un posto dove le sorprese piacevolissime non finiscono con l’ultima portata( in questo caso una cheesecake pluripremiata), ma continuano con un servizio che è da pluri stellato! We recently had a holiday in Monte san Giusto and visited Nicoli for dinner twice (lucky for us they returned from their August holidays before we did) and have nothing but praise for this restaurant. The pasta dishes were really unusual and delicious and the meat options for secondi were amazing. They even happily catered for my vegetarian teenage daughter, which is not always easy in Italy. A fantastic place.
