"Our visit to Osteria Acquacheta was one to remember. The owner is a character, his place is unique and authentic and he knows how to prepare the amazing Bistecca Fiorentina. Two things you should keep in mind: make a reservation well in advance and order a steak if you wish to experience what the place has to offer. It's almost like a ritual: the owner himself will advise you on the size of the steak, he will cut your portion in front of your eyes at the back of the osteria, where the open kitchen is located, bring it back to you to approve and then cook it to perfection! The best meat we tasted for years!"

"Decided on the spare of the moment to sit down in one of the very few place left free outside. We had a platter of Umbrian meats and cheeses and a Tuscan bread salad. All washed down with local prosecco and white wine. We finished with a decaf espresso, which was super. We will be returning in the future."
