We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here 4 years ago and and it was superb. We live in Sacramento area and have not had a chance to return until this weekend. Our meal was fantastic and so was the service and ambiance. View all feedback.
What Chrissy Symeonakis doesn't like about Chart House Monterey:
Food was sub par, not the usual. Lobster was described as 7 ounce but was about 4 ounces. The Mac nut Mahi, which I always order bc it’s so good, wasn’t this time. It’s supposed to be CRUSTED but the Mac nut was a scoop on top of the fish, the peanut sauce didn’t have any flavor. View all feedback.
One of the best restaurant's I've been to. I only wish the bar area was bigger. I would have loved to stay a have a few drinks after my excellent meal. The crab cake was the best one I have ever had. I would make reservations hear again as soon as I am back in town

We had a most pleasurable experience. Our cocktails to start were made perfectly and were delicious, as were our entrees. We had a beautiful window seat with amazing views. Our server was spot on, there when we needed him but not hovering. We love the Chart House
We had a nice, quite table with limited but beautiful views of Monterey Bay. The Calamari in the picture was some of the best ever, even considering the coastal location. Prime Rib was prepared to a perfect mediumrare and we found we had to make room the Lava Cake, even when we thought we could not
