We were on vacation in Monterey, googled best Mexican restaurant in the area and this restaurant popped up, and we are so glad we went. It is located on cannery row and from the windows inside the restaurant you can see the ocean. El Dueño Margarita is a must. Entree portions were a good size and tasted delicious. Absolute worst service I have ever received. Started with only a few of us getting the drinks we ordered. Only only 1 napkin per person. Appetizers came out with the meal (cold).
