"Actually came to this site to rate another restaurant just up the road from Ryder's; Boyer's Station, but that restaurant is not listed here. That's too bad because Boyer's Station is one of the best places you will ever eat if you like good food, a large variety of main courses, salads and desserts, clean, quaint atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. I remember the first time my wife and I were in that area. We stopped at Boyer's and could hardly find a place to park, it was very crowded. We were afraid that we would be in for a lengthy wait so we saw another couple walking in and asked them if they were from the area and that we had passed another restaurant called Ryder's on the way and also asked them which they would recommend. They laughed, said they were from the area and do ourselves a favor and eat at Boyer's. We were so glad we took their advice. We did eat at Ryder's a while later and found the staff was unfriendly and unattentive even though there were only a few customers there. The food tasted like deep-fried leftovers but was pricey for such a place. We will never return."
