Islands Monterey

What Jay Campos likes about Islands Monterey:
We were seated quickly. Got our drinks and appetizers very fast. Food came out quickly. Now here is where it is not the best. Wife order the grilled chicken breast and was brought a breaded crunchy chicken breast. My burger was barely warm. Fries were hot and crunchy. Server was good. What Yovania A Paniagua doesn't like about Islands Monterey:
As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I got a really bad smell, I didn't think much of it. I was hoping the smell would go away. I got seated, and the really bad smell was still there. I asked if I could move tables, I got moved, but the bad odor was everywhere! I couldn't imagine eating food with that odor. I didn't place my order, I got up and left.
