The Crowne Plaza, which is located in downtown Monterrey is the best hotel that I have stayed at in Mexico, while on business travel. The hotel is very clean, the employees thrive to provide a high level of customer service, the restaurant and lounge offer great food and an area to relax, and the rooms are very comfortable. Overall, a great place and the cost of the stay provides a high level of value in return. View all feedback.

Service is the problem in big hotels and this is a prime example. If you need something from the front desk plan on waiting for awhile. I feel sorry for the staff in that there are never enough of them to handle everyone. The food is terrible as is the wait staff. The room was clean but simple. View all feedback.

Great buffet
You can eat all you want and with lots of options: italian, mexican, steak and dont mention the desserts. Price is perfect, service is great.
