What Jonathan S likes about El Castor:
This place is a Monterrey institution and is one of the best places to try regional regio (from Monterrey) cuisine. Prices here are much more reasonable than most of their infamous competitors, and the service here is TOP NOTCH! We had an amazing family dinner here the last time we came (May 2015) and plan on doing so again when we return. Definitely try the carne mixta and the carne seca! Staff was kind enough to ca...
