Yesterday I went to this KFC and had a very great job to feed my family of 11. The food was in 6 minutes it was hot and fresh and the gentleman I don't remember his name, but I remember that he told me that he was the new GM so kind and professional he made that I had everything I needed and he was just so happy to serve me when I gave him my card to pay his kitchen staff was on him such a great team effort. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Kind of the worst KFC I've ever been to but the only one around Montevallo. Ordered grubhub the other night, placed order at 530, gets delayed 2 times while the driver is waiting at the restaurant, then they cancel the order saying they are closing soon. The best word to describe is incompetent, I can't tell how many times I have gotten food I didn't even order than what I was supposed to get. Save yourself time and money and don't eat there

Two orders in a row the past couple months they have somehow turned 3 piece meals into single piece meals, gave original instead of crispy, and left sides out of the last order entirely.
Most consistent KFC in the county. Very good and clean.
From the time. I have in the rule not the hour that it takes to get from the end of the short line to the counter.
This is by far the worst KFC location I have ever visited. not only will they routinely leave several articles from their order, but they will give them the wrong food and overload them for it. when they return after checking their acknowledgement, they call them a lousy and say they have exactly what they have ordered.
