Shell - Montevallo

I used to love this gas station, however, they’ve really upset me, recently. They offer coupons for my favorite cigarettes, and I’ve been frequenting them because of this. And then one day, ONE of their employees refuses to accept my coupon, even though every single other employee took it, without a problem. She kept saying “it wasn’t possible” and acted like I was lying when I told her the other employees took it. It was VERY rude and uncalled for, not to mention I wasted the coupon and didn’t even get to use it since it disappears once you activate it. Me, my mom, my brother and my best friend ALL used this gas station for EVERYTHING. Now, we’ll be going to the Citgo across the street and spending our money there, instead.

I love the sneaky Pete's in here. I get fountain drinks here all the time. I also get diesel for my tractor and gas up my truck here quite often. The cashiers are usually very friendly and speak when you enter the store and when you're checking out.

Normally this place has good service however for the past few weeks on Sunday the girl that works will not make coffee. Why? Last week a man complained to management and still this morning no coffee. Some people come in here just for coffee and not gas. Guess I'll find another place to get my coffee

The service is always great and the people running the front and the sneaky Pete's are always nice when I go there. The sneaky Pete's food is better than you would guess also.
