The service from the waitress was terrible, the hamburgers were disappointingly small and should have been categorized as an appetizer rather than a main course (the bun was three times the size of the patty). The drink selection was limited, especially when it came to liquor options. Due to the tiny burger, I also ordered the tacos, which turned out to be a much better choice. Alright prices. Picada de carne is awesome. Waitress is a bit slow.
Try hard to be an upscale hotel. The staff was good, the room ok, the river view beautiful. The breakfast horrendous. Its a conference hall and the food didnt taste good and the waiters never smiled. The pool is beautiful. However on peak hour its hard to find a chaise long. There are so few, although can fit so many more. Its confusing where to get the towels for the pool. One minute they tell u they will bring it up the other to go back to the lobby and get them. We ended up getting ours from the room after aong wait. Very unprofessional and lost a bit.
The restaurant is quite pricey. The food selection is limited and not very impressive. Despite this, the food that is available is delicious.
