"We have dined here twice during our short visit to Colon. Other cartridges recommended the Asado de tira and it was a good recommendation. At the second visit I tried the river fish, which was also delicious. It was cooked with some of the organically grown vegetables for which this restaurant is known. The waitress was helpful. The owner was very friendly and controversial with us, although our Spanish is minimal. The restaurant is located in an old warehouse and has a special ambience that is part of its charm. The prices were very appropriate for such quality dishes."
