We were welcomed by Mme Bru herself and excellent service was assured by two very nice waitresses. The food was exquisite: a foie gras variation to start, from the wonderful mi-cuit to a velouté. Then a pigeon with a morille sauce with. O skimping on the delicious and expensive morilles, absolutely wondrous. We were looking forward to this dinner but were underwhelmed. The place is weird from the outside and inside as well, with a very peculiar decoration. The dishes were meant to be sophisticated but the chef's efforts were a bit of a hit and miss: some excellent things (foie gras ice cream for instance) but quite a few things were not special or particularly tasty.
