In high season better to book it before since the keep table for their all-included resident. Even if we were staying in the hotel it was not able for us to eat here on the first day of our stay since restaurant was full-booked for all-included resident. We booked so for the day after, and enjoy a good mountain food with cheese. Perfect size but quite expensive. read more.

We ate at the ANOVA restaurant as we were staying here but weren’t on half board and wanted to try it one night. We had a fondue and a mushroom risotto followed...

Had a nice lunch so booked to return for evening meal. All 5 had different dishes and were a little disappointed. The food was pleasant but not worth the amount...

"This restaurant, as the name says, is a family home of three enthusiasts. The decor is warm and thought carefully with respect for traditions and knowledge to live. We start by giving you gifts to the trio and we received a set of grilled tarts, a delicious tapnade and a verrine. On the menu we especially love the Swiss fondue with truffles and the Swiss fondue with Morilles (almost thinner than the Savoyard fondue). In desserts the melting subtly decorated with real truffles and the hot chocolate with the chartreuse...What delicious daring! For us it is a chance to find every year a restaurant like this one in Montgenèvre and the map has an excellent value for money. In the evening for fondue or lunch version "bitronomy" for a quality burger. This restaurant is dedicated to people who love quality and those who have taste and a certain openness of mind will certainly enjoy spending a moment at the trio. I strongly recommend."
