Definitely rude and very unprofessional. If you have a fresh seafood market that sells and cook what you’re selling then uphold that. I called for a certain type of fish to be cooked the owner stated they had it but he wasn’t cooking it. I was like what? You have the fish but you’re not going to fool with what I ask for.
