"On a Tuesday evening with an estimated time of 40 minutes. our hotel was less than a mile from the restaurant. After an hour waiting, I called the restaurant and was informed that it was not ready and would be at least ten minutes more. the type on the phone had no customer service skills and did not provide an excuse declaration. we finally got half an hour after ordering our food, which was confirmed by the restaurant, and it was best moderate. between the lack of taste, terrible customer service and value for our money, this was down one of the worst sushi places I've ever been."
