Déjeuner très copieux avec spécialité locale. Salle à manger spacieuse sans promiscuité. Plats presque trop garnis pour être raisonnables

"The service and menu are excellent. Mouth lover (Gardon) with mignardises after dessert (topinambour) everything is succulent. All products are from the region: Sologne caviar, truffle, silure, beef, goat cheese made of foam and refined. The chocolate dessert and the hazel blown with mushroom ice are great."
