again I enjoyed going to lotus. the seafood dinner is really delicious. the waitress was very bright, friendly, polite, energetic and a real profi. the boss has recognized me and is a true advantage for this organization. I will try other dishes in another week or 2 again. seared scallops are also one of my favorite dishes. everything is top notch from the time they enter and are welcomed and when they go. Didn't really have any expectations when gong to Lotus for dinner at the Resorts World Casino in the Catskills. It really exceeded my expectations. Authentic Chinese food. They have one menu that is American style and another that is authentic Cantonese. We had dumplings, wonton soup and Peking duck, they were all delicious. We sat at the bar and had a nice view of the casino. I canât wait to go back.
