Went for lunch. It wasn't crowded and the food was fast. The brisket and smoked chicken were both tender and juicy. My husband had wonderful fries that were hot and crispy. Their original sauce is a little sweet and not too hot/spicy. It's not a vinegar sauce so we liked it. The collards and Brunswick stew were good. Food was good the first time I went. Went this past Saturday at 1pm and they were closed even though the hours said they should of been open.

"My husband and I came here last year for our anniversary and it was amazing. Our second visit Saturday was unbeatable from anywhere we’ve ever visited. I’m just 10 short days from having our second baby and from the moment we sat down until we left was just such a wonderful experience. Our server Holly made ordering easy, she refilled our cups before we could even ask, and genuinely cared to make sure we were okay the entirety of the meal. She had the BEST personality and patience during that busy rush better than any server we’ve ever had. I really hope she’s given a pat on the back for this one. Thank you Holly. We will be back, with our newest addition to the family. And definitely ordering the Ribeye and mashed potatoes again. :"

"Our first visit 11-19-22 saw the place and stopped to try a pick up order of Pulled Pork, Ribs, Stew, Cole slaw and potatoes.All were absolutely delicious and some Gentleman saw me ordering and He and Wife paid for the meal that made our day. We live in Ola but we will be back. The place was very nice and relaxing which we all need more of these days.
