We have booked at 9 pm, but the table was already occupied and the owner was pushing us back. It was not a misunderstending but really an overbooking. The explanation was absolutely an excuse joking on the time (at the telephone was crystall clear it was at 9pm). It is not professional for a restaurant to act like this and it is more serious to talk looking to the eyes and say “sorry I have made a mistake” View all feedback.
