"An honest, welcoming and tasty restaurant they will not find. monsieur brouard and his wife are charming people and the dishes they serve are delicious and excellent. there is a large selection of galettes and crepes with the van dames a special favorite....I can't recommend this restaurant very much. Make sure to go early to lunch or dinner there tables really fast if they did not call in advance."

"This gem of a restaurant is tucked away in Montmorillon and is truly worth a visit. We sat outside on the terrace, and enjoyed a perfect summer's evening with friends, food, wonderful service and a really reasonable price. I had foie gras, Lobster, desert and oodles of wine and it ended up being less than 50 euros per person. Truly a bargain. Go and enjoy!!"
