Food here IS NOT TYPICAL PERUVIAN FOOD.. it is more fusion but I kinda feel ripped off. In Peru, we will never eat “ceviche” with salmon and avocado (that’s more tartare), our “anticuchos” are made of the cow’s heart, not from Argentinian steak (which was very tasty, but 0% Peruvian”, our “causas” are filled with usually chicken or tuna, but they NEVER have this fillings on top and finally we do not eat frozen fries,...
