What VancouverWomble doesn't like about Beijing:
The Beef and Broccoli plate had tainted meat, The sweet and sour pork was flavourless and the shrimp fried rice had uncooked onion and few shrimp. There are better places than this! View all feedback. What WanakaWitch likes about Beijing:
OK, so we lived in Asian for long time and we are hard to please when it comes to China food. This one pasted the test. Food was tasty, quick and HUGE. Really good value for money. Not greasy, could taste the wok flavour. The Eggplant was to die for. The Squid wonderful. Just don’t order to much, one portion easily would feed four. View all feedback.

As far as authentic Chinese restaurants go, this one is a 5 star in the categoryMy husband had the most delicious Hot
Never againOne tell tale sign of a very bad Chinese restaurant is the number of non-Asians in the dining room.

Fortunately the very attentive servers to turn the tables, drove us out of the restaurant. The noodles were very crispy around the plate and fat at the bottom....

read moreOverall, the reviews for this restaurant are mixed. Some customers found the food to be disappointing, with issues such as tainted meat, flavorless dishes, and small portions. Others, however, praised the tasty and well-seasoned food, despite the cramped dining space. There were also positive comments about friendly and accommodating service, quick food delivery, and delicious menu items like hot and sour soup, ginger lobster, and salt and spicy chicken. The cozy atmosphere and generosity of the portions were highlighted by many guests, along with the kind and efficient service provided by the owner. Despite some minor complaints about food quality or saltiness, the general consensus seems to be that this restaurant is a solid choice for those looking for good Chinese cuisine in Chinatown.
Generally food is tasty and has a lasting aftertaste of being well seasoned like good Cantonese cuisine should. Portions are small though for the prices. Dining...
