We tried Branzino as it was connected to our hotel. A wonderful choice. Great food, service and drinks. Enjoyed a lovely dinner and also breakfast. Coffee was great as well. But the servers were outstanding. View all feedback.
What Jaqueline Sporer doesn't like about Branzino:
Typical hotel breakfast. Food was okay, nothing special. Service was slow when we visited. There are better options in Montreal just a short walk away, but it's a decent option for breakfast if you're in a hurry. View all feedback.
The restaurant just changed hands. My arrival was so awkward that i didn’t stay to dine.
I went with 3 others on New Years Day. Maybe going on this quiet day where not many things were open, I was not able to experience Branzino at its best but never the less, that is all I have to go off of. The place was decorated very nicely A+ on that. We were one of 3 tables the whole night and the service was very slow and food just mediocre. Some of the appetizers were good but it took FOREVER to get our main dishes and they were NOT worth waiting for. Defiantly would not go back.
Overall, the restaurant didn't meet my expectations. The ambiance was quiet, however not fitting for a romantic evening getaway. With respect to food quality, the food was bland and presentation was fitting for a large chain restaurant and not a fine dining establishment. Service was less than spectacular, however they did offer complimentary tasters during appetizers and desert. Personally, I cannot recommend this location to future patrons.
Had lunch here. Ordered soup and meat. Was very tasty. Potatoes were a little hard, Good wine. Good service. Not expensive. Suits for business meetings.
Excellent service from my little French girl from Strasbourg. My cocktail was refreshing. The appetizer of creamy mozzarella bufala with tomato was delicious, and my main of Duck with Kimchi, sautéed Kale with squash and mushrooms was diving. The selection of cheeses on my cheese course was delicious. All of this paired with my wine, the Ripassa.
