Cabane a Sucre is an amazing thing to celebrate. Beginning of Springtime means Cabane a Sucre or Sugar Shack time. The sap collected by the Maple Trees

"Excellent food and attentive service. we had the 4-course tasting menu (10 small dishes) and were (very happy) full of the end. oyster mushroom, Nordic garnel and squash dishes were favorite. I did not cost the lamb so much, but this is a question of personal taste. would definitely recommend!"
