Harlow - Montréal

What User likes about Harlow:
Now called Fink Flamingo Bar since June 2016, it is a great place for drinks and some decent food to nibble on. Set in heart of Place Jacques Cartier square it may be a tourist trap for some but for the locals when the streets die down it is a great place to party. What User doesn't like about Harlow:
We went there with some friends hoping to find a hoping, trendy restaurant in Old Montreal. It s a great location but that's about it. We were served our food very cold. We ordered 3 bottles of wine and they didn't even have 1 in stock. So we finally drank our fourth choice. The same happened for the beer.
