The name can be read as Hyang Jin in Korean but it can also be read as Karin in Japanese. The restaurant is ran by a couple of a Korean chef and a Japanese wife who succeeded the place after their parents. A very authentic Japanese sushi place with a reasonable price. Their lunch menu bento is very good too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hyang Jin Japanese Restaurant:
Been a loyal customer since it's opening but the quality of service and quatity of food has gone down. It's obvious that they are cutting corners. On a positive note, they have the best sashimi, and their Kim chi is amazing. Don't take the special chef menu for 5 because they will cut back on the sushis, sashimis and tempuras (better stick to 2 or 4) Don't take the spicy soup unless u love Kim Chi soup. Stick to udon... The food was delicious, the atmosphere was authentic and calming. I highly recommend it.
Had a wonderful gluten-free Bibimbap and Shiso juice. Enjoying our summer dinner with family!
