This is an amazing bakery on Laurier Street in Montreal. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. They have an awesome oven at the front and the breads are superb. In addition they also do pies, tourtierres and other baking. The baked goods are augmented with an impressive choice of preserved meats and cheeses.
