In Verdun and need a dumpling fix? This is the place for you. Boiled or fried, 16 dumplings will set you back less than 10 smackers...and there is a vegetarian...

As I enter the restaurant, which is pretty low on the elegance scale, I notice a older lady making dumplings by hand. That got me curious...not frozen I guess!...
