What User likes about Starbucks:
Went there for my birthday. The app wasn’t working to get me a free drink. Sarah at the cash hooked me up with a drink, made it Venti, and used her own name to get me my Bday gift! Very grateful! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
they never check Uber orders correctly. we always have to leave a note for our order because they have the options not over the app and they almost never get them right. when we call, we are told that we leave notes for the order, but clearly, that doesn't. View all feedback.
