We have tried many sushi places, but sushi sama is by far the best!!! We order once a week and the sushi is always fresh, and never less than great. Some of their delivery guys, on the other hand, are rude and bad mannered and shouldn't be working with clientele. The staff of the actual restaurant however, are super friendly and nice. I was charged twice for my order and the restaurant was closed! What's the point of having an online ordering service if there is no customer support? Now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. This is the best way to make me never want to return as a customer. View all feedback.
