What User likes about Winnie Bar Restaurant:
I like the Winnie, I go there very often for lunch during the week, I always feel like on vacation. I sit around Rachel bar and I listening the regular customers talking different topics. If you are younger, it's a great place for happy hour and certain nights, they have a band. Also, they have a nice terrace if you are not scare of the sun. I really enjoyed this place. Perhaps other items on the menu are good. From my experience, it appears that this is more of a drinking establishment for students, and while the terrace is beautiful, it seems that cheap drinks are the priority. I ordered a rare steak and it was the toughest and most flavourless steak I have ever eaten. I also ordered vegetables instead of fries and there were very few.
