The ramen noodle and Karaage at this place are authentic and perfect. When I saw the name of this restaurant, I thought "These people must be from Kyushu Island in Japan". Indeed, their specialty is the ramen noodle with pork-based soup, which is from the most western part of Japan. I've had tonkotsu ramen all over the world and for some reason, this visit just did not do it for me. My friend and I felt underwhelmed by the broth. It did not have that distinct tonkotsu flavour. However, I loved the green colour of the vegan noodles, which I assumed were zucchini-based. The price was also on the upper end for ramen.
