I live in western CO about 2 hours from Montrose, and vegan options are hard to come by in this part of the state. We ate here after our flight arrived in Montrose. There are 2 vegan options on the menu, but we both tried the tamales. The sauce was tasty, but overall there was too much salt in the dish. Also, the presentation was lacking.
