"We booked a table. we have never found this place new until I found a contribution on facebook. we saw the photos of the menu points and thought they looked good. the menu looked delicious, so below we went. the restaurant is a small place, but really well furnished and looks great. the personal in the restaurant made us welcome and we had one of the stands on the back. the menu is not massive, but there is still a great choice the only problem with it was to decide what to have. I asked about the spiciest that was either the mexican or the deperado, I asked who the spiciest was and ended with the mexican, it was delicious. nicola had the stuffed burger, filled with haggis and covered with pfefferkornsauce. ruaridh had the moo oink and anya the chicken divers. we wrote the burgers with haggis loaded french and nachos. although the nachos were not what you could expect that they were in order, the haggis loaded pommes were super. very tasty, good value for money, because everything is fresh and the burger made 100% to home. they don't have a license, so if they want a wee drink byob, we don't have that early tonight! I would recommend you try it out as we will go back! a Wee piece down at the sea in montrose"

"After ordering, despite the seating area being empty, it took almost half an hour to produce two toasties. It doesn't take a genius to know why the Camembert on my toasties wouldn't melt. Hint: Keep fresh cheese in your fridge!!! I am so disappointed as I took an elderly client there as she used to go regularly with her laye husband. Shame, it could have been a great experience with a bit more care and consideration. Meal type: Lunch"
