"High quality and “traditionally” made dishes on the menu. Any non battered meat dish we’ve have has been super tender (lots of restaurants depend on hiding dried out meats with their batter). Chicken egg drop soup has a delicious broth with no cornstarch thickness, so keto friendly. Their house made noodles are melt in your mouth tender and the Salt and Pepper Eggplant (pan fried) is great as well."
