Earl's Rib Palace - Moore

What Robin S likes about Earl's Rib Palace:
There was a simple mistake with our chicken order and when I talked to the manager on duty Chelsea. She was so nice and kind and immediately said to come back and she would make it right...she went above and beyond to make it up to me. She even threw in afree dinner next time we come in!!!!! What Bill Shipley doesn't like about Earl's Rib Palace:
I usually score Earl's fairly higher than 2 stars. However, the meal I had was not so great. Maybe an off night for this particular restaurant. Side dishes were very good. The meat selection I had was like the day before leftovers that were verydry, hard and over cooked. View all feedback.
