"Cheever's was just as I remembered good food, great service, spirited crowd. The spicy Caesar salad and the Brussel sprouts were exceptional! My entree was brought out wrong so Cheever's gave us our drink order on the house. Although very busy, the staff was very attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend!"

"The pepperoni bread was good. Not the marinara though. The ceaser salad dressing is not what I was used to or expecting and I did not like it. When I mentioned this to the server, she was very gracious and replaced my salad with the house salad. I got rigatoni rustica, the pasta was over cooked, the sauce was oily, and there wasn't any flavor. No one in my party enjoyed the food. This place has such good reviews that I wonder if something changed with the menu. Lastly, it was so cold in the restaurant and they sat us at a high top in the corner under the a/c and a television so I froze. "They didn 't get my order right. I explained I was pressed for time but here I am reordering and paying what they for got. They lady asked me if I ever make any mistakes. I told her NO!! Not in my job! She said I guess you 're perfect. I told her where everyone can hear me This is not Mexico it 's America we take pride in our work not only did she get my order wrong but my name as well. If she was a plane pilot we all be Dead. There 's many jobs that don 't allow mistakes without dire consequences. I will never ever eat here again. This place doesn 't care about mistakes. If they make a mistake it 's okay no one is perfect. I don 't know about you but I take pride in anything I do. Again this is not Mexico it 's America!!"
