The food is always good, but the restaurant needs to improve its service. When we went on a busy night, they forgot part of our takeout order and were too busy to apologize properly. Later, we discovered that our wing order was incorrect, and had to wait 30 minutes for them to be cooked. I eventually gave up and went home. We love louis but the last time we visited, we left because our waitress came, gave us a menu and never returned. so we went, in doubt, that eating in the night was great, but the service was not. I'm so sorry, but I'm always honest.

This place is great. Shoestring fries. Good beer selection and the mixed drinks sound good. Really good food

The service was excellent, we were in there about 3 on a Sun. afternoon with the granddaughter for a late lunch. The food was good and there was more than we could eat. First time eating there for us and we will go back when in the area. Large selection on the menu and none of us got the same thing and everything we ate was good.
