The food preparation is good and typical of other stores in this chain. The breads and pastries are good. Their coffee is very good. Clearly a step above most fast food restaurants. Their sandwiches are very tasty. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Dear Panera Food Server, Please check out the coffee when you spend it. If it does not visibly evaporate much as it goes into the cup, it is not hot enough to serve. It will cool over time when too warm for the customer, but it will not warm up unless the customer takes another step, such as Microwaving, which is not accepted that it is necessary when ordering coffee.
